PAYMENT METHODS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Payment for international orders is accepted via paypal or direct bank-to-bank wire transfer only. We do not accept credit card payment for international orders. All funds must clear our bank before items are shipped out. This generally takes 1-3 business days. Items purchased will be shipped to your paypal confirmed address if paid through paypal, or to any address in the world you specify if paid through wire transfer. CLICK HERE. For bank wire transfer, you must wire any additional amount necessary to cover any wire transfer fees, etc levied by your bank. All funds are in US dollars unless expressly stated otherwise.
INTERNATIONAL ORDER SHIPPING
Shipping for international orders is via USPS Priority or USPS Express Mail. You will not be permitted to arrange pickup via your own carrier. Please note that most countries assess taxes and customs fees on incoming packages from other countries. We will value items at full replacement cost and will refuse any request to devalue items to save on customs fees/ taxes. It is your obligation to determine if any of these apply and you are fully responsible for these charges at the time you pick up your package in your country. In the event you are unable to pay these fees and the package is returned to us, you will have forfeited your order. No refund, exchanges, or credit will be given. In addition, if the costs to retrieve our products exceeds the value of the product due to shipping, customs fees, taxes, or any other reasons; you will be held legally responsible for these charges.
NOTE: We may on occasion remove your items from the manufacturer's packaging and repack to fit in a better suited box for international shipping. If you must have the original package, please include this in your request as this may change the shipping price.
For International orders, shipping time typically takes 7 -20 days from the time payment is received to the time you receive your order if shipped via USPS Priority, and 3-7 days if by USPS Express.
