Generally speaking; and due to the nature of the products and services we offer, all sales are considered final upon shipment. Upon the occasion that a product is received in unsatisfactory condition please contact us immediately and we will arrange return shipping and replacement of the product at our discretion. Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?
A: Any order placed via our website can be expected to ship within 1 business day. Many times, orders place early in the day will ship the same day.
Q: How long will it take for my ECU to be chipped?
A: Upon receiving your ECU, you can expect all services to be performed and shipped back out within 1-2 business days. The method of shipping to us from you, and the return shipping method selected will determine your total wait time.
Q: What warranty will I have on my products?
A: All
PRODUCTS sold by HA Motorsports are warrantied through the prospective manufacturer. HA Motorsports Chip Kits and Supplies are warrantied for replacement of the defective product only. Any shipping charges or other losses or damages are the sole responsibility of the end user. All
SERVICES performed by HA Motorsports are guaranteed for a term of 90 days from the date of purchase. This guarantee is limitted to labor only. We will occasionally offer an extension on this guarantee under certain circumstances, however, this must be obtained in writing at time of purchase.
Q: Can you tune my car for me?
A: We do not offer tuning services for the public. Please consult a local tuner for tuning, or let us know and we will be happy to locate one for you.
Q: My startup chip doesn't run well; can you give me a new one?
A: No, HA Motorsports startup chips are designed and programmed to start your vehicle's custom engine setup only. This is to allow diagnostics to be performed and so that it may be easily transported to a tuning facility or street tuned. We STRONGLY suggest all vehicles be tuned immediately upon installation of a new engine management system or components.
Q: Can you build a custom tuning computer for me?
A: Yes, we always enjoy exploring new setups and developing more advanced tuning methods and products. Please contact us for a quote and further details.
Q: Do you offer wholesale pricing?
A: Yes, we enjoy working with other businesses and individuals. Wholesale pricing can be obtained with a valid business license in the automotive field, or through continued high business volume by individuals. Please contact us for details.
Q: My customer service rep was rude when I called. Can I file a complaint?

Q: Has my order shipped?
A: To obtain the status of your order, please check your email for your order confirmation which contains a link to check your order status. If you need help, or have further questions please contact us.
Q: My order status shows cancelled; what happened?
A: This may occur for several different reasons:
- Your shipping and billing address don't match and you have not added your shipping address with your credit card bank as an authorized secondary address.
- Your credit card declined upon processing and we were unable to reach you for an alternate payment method.
- We needed to contact you reguarding your order and were unable to contact you due to not providing a valid phone number or email address at checkout.
- Your phone number area code is outside of your shipping/ billing address zip code. ie: your phone number is for New York area, but your ship to address zip code is a Florida zip code. This red flags your order in our system as a feature to help combat fraud. In these cases, we always attempt to contact you for verification/ voice authorization, but if unable to reach you we will cancel your order.
