WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED / YOUR PRIVACY:

As part of the order process, the following information is collected from customers:

• Shipping/Billing Address

This information is the minimum we need to successfully process your order and offer you the best customer service possible. Your shipping AND billing address is needed to be able to send your order to you and process payment. We require your email address so that we can send you an order confirmation email, order tracking number, and email you any details or issues reguarding your order. Your phone number is a secondary method we may use to contact you if unable to successfully do so via email. We guarantee that this information will not be provided to any outside company, agency, or personel under any circumstances. We hate spam email and phone calls just as much as you do and make every effort to keep your information secure. To further insure that your information remains secure, our website features Yahoo's state of the art 128-bit secure encryption for your order processing, as well as SSL secure checkout pages to ensure your financial information is secure and is never available to any other party.

PAYMENT

Payment for your order is due in full at time order is placed. Current forms of payment accepted are: Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, American Express, and Discover. For American Express payments, you must process through our paypal payment system at checkout - through the paypal payment system you will be able to enter your American Express credit card number for payment. SHIPPING:

We understand the importance of timely shipping of products ordered from HA Motorsports, and have made it of utmost importance to us. Generally, any order placed through our secure website can be expected to be shipped out and tracking provided to you within one business day. If for any reason whatsoever a delay is required for your shipment, we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you and give a detailed reason for the delay, or at our discretion may upgrade your shipping at our expense to make up for the delay. Please note that we occasionally change shipping carriers from UPS to either USPS or FEDEX if another method is more efficient for your particular order.

REFUND, RETURN, AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Due to the nature of the products and services we offer, all sales are final upon shipment. There will be NO refunds or exchanges simply because you have changed your mind, or don't like your choice of product for any reason. Please know and understand what you are ordering to ensure your complete satisfaction. Upon the occasion that a product is received in unsatisfactory condition (damaged, etc.), please contact us immediately and we will arrange return shipping and replacement of the product at our discretion. Any damages from shipping will need to be claimed on your behalf with the shipping company. We cannot control the habits of shipping companies and will not be held liable for any damages, loss, or theft on their behalf.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?
A: Any order placed via our website can be expected to ship within 1 business day. Many times, orders place early in the day will ship the same day.

Q: How long will it take for my ECU to be chipped?
A: Upon receiving your ECU, you can expect all services to be performed and shipped back out within 1-2 business days. The method of shipping to us from you, and the return shipping method selected will determine your total wait time.

Q: What warranty will I have on my products?
A: All PRODUCTS sold by HA Motorsports are warrantied through the prospective manufacturer. HA Motorsports Chip Kits and Supplies are warrantied for replacement of the defective product only. Any shipping charges or other losses or damages are the sole responsibility of the end user. All SERVICES performed by HA Motorsports are guaranteed for a term of 90 days from the date of purchase. This guarantee is limited to labor only. We will occasionally offer an extension on this guarantee under certain circumstances, however, this must be obtained in writing at time of purchase. Q: Can you tune my car for me?
A: We do not offer tuning services for the public. Please consult a local tuner for tuning, or let us know and we will be happy to locate one for you.

Q: My startup chip or program doesn't run well; can you give me a new one?
A: No, HA Motorsports startup chips/programs are designed and programmed to start your vehicle's custom engine setup only. This is to allow diagnostics to be performed and so that it may be easily transported to a tuning facility or street tuned. We STRONGLY suggest all vehicles be tuned immediately upon installation of a new engine management system or components. Due to the fact that no two engines run identically, we do not make any guarantees whatsoever on how well your basemap will run on your particular engine setup.

Q: Do you offer wholesale pricing?
A: Yes, we enjoy working with other businesses and individuals. Wholesale pricing can be obtained with a valid business license in the automotive field, or through continued high business volume by individuals. CA businesses must fill out a California Resale Certificate. Please contact us for further information.

Q: My customer service rep was rude when I called. Can I file a complaint?

Q: Has my order shipped?
A: To obtain the status of your order, please check your email for your order confirmation which contains a link to check your order status. If you need help, or have further questions please contact us.

Q: My order status shows cancelled; what happened?
A: This may occur for several different reasons:
• Your shipping and billing address don't match and you have not added your shipping address with your credit card bank as an authorized secondary address.
• Your credit card declined upon processing and we were unable to reach you for an alternate payment method.
• We needed to contact you reguarding your order and were unable to contact you due to not providing a valid phone number or email address at checkout.
• Your phone number area code is outside of your shipping/ billing address zip code. ie: your phone number is for New York area, but your ship to address zip code is a Florida zip code. This red flags your order in our system as a feature to help combat fraud. In these cases, we always attempt to contact you for verification/ voice authorization, but if unable to reach you we will cancel your order.
