Therefore, we will not be held liable whatsoever for any damages directly or indirectly from the use of our products. It is your sole responsibility to check with your local laws and regulations before ever using our products on any pollution controlled vehicle or public roads. For the best results from our products and safest operation, we HIGHLY recommend your vehicle be professionally tuned any time changes are made to your engine management system.

We understand the importance of timely shipping of products ordered from HA Motorsports, and have made it of utmost importance to us. Generally, any order placed through our secure website can be expected to be shipped out and tracking provided to you within one business day. If for any reason whatsoever a delay is required for your shipment, we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you of the delay, or at our discretion may upgrade your shipping at our expense to make up for the delay. Please note that we occasionally change shipping carriers from UPS to either USPS or FEDEX if another method is more efficient for your particular order.


International orders can now be placed via our standard online store checkout. To check shipping options and rates, simply add the products you are interested to your online shopping cart and enter your address info to view options and rates. Please note that many countries levy taxes/duty when purchasing from other countries. We do not control taxes/duty/fees levied by other countries and therefore take no responsibility for these charges. Due to the nature of the products and services we offer, all sales are final upon shipment. There will be NO refunds or exchanges simply because you have changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or don't like your choice of product for any reason. Please know and understand what you are ordering to ensure your complete satisfaction. Upon the occasion that a product is received in unsatisfactory condition (damaged, etc.), please contact us immediately and we will arrange return shipping and replacement of the product at our discretion. Any damages from shipping will need to be claimed on your behalf with the shipping company. We cannot control the habits of shipping companies and will not be held liable for any damages, loss, or theft on their behalf.


All products and services offered by HA Motorsports include our One-Full year VIP warranty. Shipping charges or other losses or damages are the sole responsibility of the end user.


Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?
A: Any order placed via our website can be expected to ship within 1 business day unless otherwise posted. Many times, orders place early in the day will ship the same day.

Q: Can you tune my car for me?
A: We are currently NOT offering tuning for the general public. Tuning services are only available for product development and testing at this time.

Q: Do you offer wholesale pricing?
A: Yes, we enjoy working with other businesses in the industry. Wholesale pricing can be obtained with a valid business license in the automotive performance field. Please contact us for further information.
