If you've received an authorization via email or phone to send in a product for inspection and/or replacement, please submit an order for our Warranty / RMA service here. After submitting the order, please print a copy of your confirmation and include it in the package with the product(s) you are sending in.

In the comments box at checkout, please provide the following (if available):
- original order number
- name used when placing original order (if different than your name)
