NOTE: You cannot connect to the Demon without first purchasing a Neptune Software License Key. The License Key is registered to your specific Demon's serial number.

When purchasing a license key from us, please provide your Demon's serial number AND Unit ID in the comments section at checkout. We will then register your Demon for the Neptune Software License Key. If you have purchased our Demon with Neptune License Key Combo, your License Key will be registered and available for "lookup" through the software when connecting for the first time.
